Hazel Garg is a Grade 12 student at Jayshree Periwal International School.
Deeply drawn to the visual arts since the age of six, Hazel is an ardent believer in art’s potential to create meaningful change. Over the years, she has honed her craft through painting, sketching, and design. She brings that same creative energy to every initiative she undertakes -- be it while exploring her penchant for history, law, and politics inside the classroom or researching sociopolitical developments for MUN conferences.
With TAAP, Hazel brings together her love for art and her deep commitment to social change. She has constantly remained committed to this vision: to offer survivors of domestic violence a way to heal, rebuild, and feel safe through creative expression. She hopes to empower as many women and children as possible – helping them lead lives marked by strength, support, and a renewed sense of self-worth.
