The Arts Advocacy Project (TAAP) takes a thoughtful, two-fold approach to supporting women and children who have survived domestic violence.
For children, we aim to foster safe, creative spaces where they can express themselves unapologetically. Through art workshops – alongside guided resources, materials, and creative workshop sessions – we sit with children and put into pictures what they may not yet have words for. And for women, TAAP provides therapeutic support through trauma-informed counseling sessions with trained psychologists.
By partnering with trusted support networks, we are working towards one huge, important goal: helping women reconnect with themselves and rebuild their sense of identity, one step at a time.
